Shrimp make a great dinner when you need dinner on the table in 10 minutes! For this dish, simply whip up the sauce, marinate for 10 minutes and roast for just a few minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through. Serve these shrimp with cauliflower rice, a big salad, or your favorite vegetable!
Ingredients
- ½ pound wild uncooked argentinian red shrimp by trader joe's
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Rinse and devein shrimp. In a bowl, grate the garlic. Add melted butter, paprika, olive oil, and salt.
- Toss the shrimp in the butter sauce and allow to marinate for 10 minutes.
- Place the shrimp on a parchment covered sheet pan in a single layer. Roast at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 3-5 minutes, depending on the size of the shrimp.
- Enjoy immediately over cauliflower rice!
