These keto stuffed walnuts are sandwiched with cream cheese, Parmesan, aromatic rosemary and zesty lemon.

Ingredients
- 24 half walnuts
- 1 ½ tablespoon cream cheese spread
- 1 tablespoon, grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, fresh
- 1 teaspoon lemon peel or zest raw
- ⅛ teaspoon salt, sea salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Add the cream cheese, Parmesan, lemon zest, salt and pepper to a mixing bowl. Finely chop the rosemary and add to the bowl. Stir well to combine.
- Divide the cream cheese mixture evenly between 12 walnut halves, and sandwich together the remaining walnut halves to serve.
