- 1 ¼ ounce salami dry or hard pork
- 1 ounce sweet pickles (gherkins)
- 3 ½ ounce mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Prepare all your ingredients. Slice 8 pieces of salami, 8 pieces of pickle, and 8 cubes of mozzarella cheese. Gather 4, 6-inch skewers as well.
- Create the skewers by arranging the ingredients on each one. Each skewer should have 2 pieces each of salami, pickle, and cheese.
