About

This creamy Keto sauce makes a delicious dressing for salads, proteins, and vegetables, loaded with fats and flavor. Our low carb dressing recipe has been prepared with ripe avocado, coconut milk yogurt, aromatic garlic, tangy lemon juice, fragrant fresh cilantro, and water to thin. This Keto dressing is quick and easy to prepare and is a great way to add extra fats and flavor to your favorite Keto meals.

Can I Use Different Flavorings?

We have added fresh cilantro to our Keto dressing as this perfectly complements the creamy avocado and tangy yogurt flavors. If preferred, you can omit the cilantro or swap for fresh parsley. We have also added a tablespoon of lemon juice to the dressing for a refreshing citrus twist. This can be swapped for lime juice if preferred. Please be sure to adjust your macros to account for any changes made to the recipe.
