About

This easy, hot snack is a great way to get some fat in your system! A juicy and crunchy pickle in the center of each hot salami roll cuts the richness of the snack and adds a little texture. These are great for meal prepping – simply reheat in your microwave.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium slice – 3 1/8" diameter x 1/16" – each 0.4 ounce salami
  • 6 tablespoon, shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 pickle baby dill pickles by milwaukee's

Instructions

  1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees and line a sheet tray with parchment paper. Lay down 4 slices of salami on the tray and arrange about 1 ½ TB of cheddar over each slice.
  2. Melt the cheese over the salami in your oven for about 3-4 minutes. The edges of the salami should be slightly crisp and turn up. Let the hot salami slices cool for about 1-2 minutes. Then, place a baby dill pickle at the base of each salami slice and roll them up. The hot cheese should act as a glue to hold the salami in a roll.
