This is a quick, yet fancy meat and cheese tray you can put together for both keto and non-keto friends alike. You can use any variety of meats and cheeses that you would like.
Ingredients
- 2 ½ ounce gorgonzola cheese
- 2 ounce mini basque cheese by trader joe's
- 2 ounce triple cream brie by saint andre
- 1 ½ ounce calabrese salame by columbus
- 1 ounce prosciutto
- 4 medium – 1 1/4" diameter strawberries
- 1 ounce pecans
Instructions
- Place the different cheeses evenly spaced on a wooden board.
- Arrange the cured meats next to the cheeses.
- Next, cut the strawberries in half and add them to fill in the board.
- Add the pecans in any empty space.
