Ingredients
- 4 ½ ounce boneless skinless chicken breast
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper, ground
- ⅛ teaspoon italian seasoning
- ⅛ teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions
- Butterfly a chicken breast and season it with all the listed ingredients except the olive oil.
- Heat the olive oil in a small pan over medium heat and place in the chicken. Cook on both sides for about 5 minutes until the breast has a golden brown char all over.
- Either slice to set over a salad or store as a whole piece for later!
