This simple snack is loaded with fats from crispy baked salami and a zingy dill pickle dip.

This makes a great snack option for sharing between meals.

Ingredients

  • 6 medium slice – 3 1/8" diameter x 1/16" – each 0.4 ounce salami
  • 1 ½ tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 medium – 3 3/4" long dill pickles
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 360 degrees Fahrenheit and line a sheet pan with baking paper.
  2. Arrange the salami in one layer across the baking sheet.
  3. Transfer to the oven to bake for 10-12 minutes until browned and the edges start to crinkle. Set aside to cool and crisp.
  4. Whilst the salami is cooling, finely slice the dill pickle and add to a small mixing bowl with the mayonnaise and lemon juice. Stir well to combine.
  5. Slice the salami into three strips and serve with the pickle mayonnaise for dipping.
