These pan fried pork chops are loaded with flavor from aromatic garlic and salty capers and topped with a creamy and rich tonnato dressing.

Ingredients
- 2 chop pork chops
- 2 servings (per heaped tablespoon) keto tonnato dressing
- 2 clove garlic
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon, whole pieces capers
- ⅛ teaspoon salt, sea salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Heat the olive oil in an oven proof pan. Season the chops and add to the pan, cooking until browned all over.
- Lightly crush the garlic and add to the pan along with the capers.
- Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for a further 10 minutes or until cooked through completely.
- Top the chops with tonnato dressing to serve.
