Tofu noodles are delicious and taste like the real deal! Especially when they are slathered with butter, parmesan cheese salt and freshly cracked black pepper! Serve these with chicken or fish and you’d have a wonderful meal.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce tofu shiritaki spaghetti by house foods
  • ¼ cup, grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon coarse kosher salt by morton
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Drain the tofu noodles into a strainer and remove as much water as possible.
  2. Place noodles in a heatproof bowl and microwave for 1 minute on HIGH.
  3. Once noodles are hot, add in the rest of the ingredients. Stirring to melt the butter. Room temperature butter works best.
  4. Top with a little extra parm and black pepper as desired before serving.
