These sweet strawberry fat bombs are made with fresh strawberries, cream cheese, heavy cream and butter.

Once the mixture is prepared it is divided into ice cube trays to provide bite sized snacking treats perfect for a quick fat boost!

Ingredients

  • 4 medium – 1 1/4" diameter strawberries, fresh
  • 1 tablespoon maple flavored syrup by lakanto
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup cream cheese spread
  • ½ cup butter, salted
  • ¼ cup whipping cream, extra heavy/gourmet, not whipped

Instructions

  1. Leave the butter to one side to come to room temperature.
  2. Add the strawberries to a food processor and pulse to roughly blend.
  3. Add the butter, cream, cream cheese, syrup and vanilla to a mixing bowl. Beat together until smooth and well combined.
  4. Add the blended strawberries and fold loosely through the mixture.
  5. Divide the mixture between 18 ice cube tray squares.
  6. Freeze for 1-2 hours until set.
