Ingredients
- 6 slice chicken lunchmeat, white meat
- 6 tablespoon, shredded mozzarella cheese
- 6 grape grape tomato
- ¾ teaspoon balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. Line a 6-ct muffin tin with a slice of deli chicken in each tin. If necessary, use a biscuit cutter or cookie cutter to cut your chicken slices into circles. Distribute 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella in the base of each chicken cup.
- Dice the grape tomatoes and place the equivalent of 1 in each chicken cup. Drizzle ⅛ teaspoon balsamic vinegar over the tomatoes in each cup.
- Bake the tray for 13-15 minutes in the oven. Allow to cool before enjoying. Garnish with fresh basil if you have it on hand!
