Ingredients
- 3 ounce mixed salad greens
- 1 large hard boiled egg
- 1 ounce chopped ham
- 1 ounce turkey slices
- ¼ cup cucumber
- 1 tablespoon red onions
- 2 ounce avocados raw
- ¾ ounce avocados raw
- ¼ ounce green onions
- 1 tablespoon basil fresh
- ¾ teaspoon cilantro
- ¼ teaspoon garlic raw
- ¼ teaspoon lemon juice
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ tablespoon beverages almond milk unsweetened shelf stable
Instructions
- For the salad, combine the mixed greens in a bowl. If necessary, chop the egg, ham, turkey, cucumber, red onion, and first amount of avocado. Arrange these items on the top of your salad.
- For the dressing, combine the second amount of avocado, green onion, basil, cilantro, and garlic in a food processor.
- Add the remaining ingredients in the food processor, and slowly pulse until the dressing comes together with a smooth and creamy finish.
- Drizzle the dressing on the salad, and enjoy!
