These simple vegetarian lettuce cups are packed with low carb veggies and coated in a spicy chili mayo.

Ingredients
- 6 small radish
- 4 inner (small) leaf romaine lettuce
- 1 servings keto chili mayo
- 1 medium – 4 1/8" long scallions
- ¼ cup cucumber
- ¼ cup red cabbage
- ¼ each avocado
Instructions
- Thinly slice the radishes, scallion and cabbage and finely dice the cucumber and avocado. Add to a mixing bowl.
- Add the chili mayo and stir well to coat the vegetables.
- Divide the slaw evenly between the lettuce cups to serve.
