About

Peppermint bark is another one of my holiday favorites! Use a sugar-free chocolate and peppermint candies for this! Only 3 ingredients!

Ingredients

  • 9 ounce chocolate chips, sugar free
  • 18 piece peppermint hard candy, sugar free
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract

Instructions

  1. Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over a pot of simmering water. Melt the chocolate until completely melted.
  2. In the meantime, crush the peppermint candy rounds into small pieces, reserving 2 tablespoons to decorate the top of the peppermint bark.
  3. Once chocolate is melted, add in the crushed candies and the extract.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate onto a silpat or parchment paper. Spread it into a thin layer in the shape of a rectangle (it does not need to be perfect). Top with 2 tablespoons of crushed peppermint candies and refrigerate until firm. Break into pieces and keep stored in the fridge!
