This smoky butter is flavored with paprika, Parmesan, fresh parsley and a hint of lemon.
This is a great option for slathering over roasted chickens or on top of sizzling steaks!
Ingredients
- 2 teaspoon gourmet collection smoked paprika by mccormick
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon lemon peel or zest raw
- 1 tablespoon parsley, fresh
- 1 tablespoon, grated parmesan cheese
- â…” cup butter
- â…› teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Add the butter to a bowl and bring to room temperature so that it is soft and mashable.
- Mince the garlic and add to the butter along with the paprika, lemon zest, Parmesan, chopped fresh parsley and black pepper. Mash together well to combine.
- Spoon the butter into a sheet of baking paper or plastic wrap and mold into a log shape with your hands. Tightly wrap the butter, securing the ends.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm and slice to serve.
