Ingredients

  • 1 small onion
  • 8 slice – 6" long bacon

Instructions

  1. Start by cutting both ends off the onion. Then use your knife to cut a slit from the top to the bottom of the outermost layer of papery skin. Remove the skin from the onion. Then slice the onion into 1” pieces.
  2. Wrap one piece of bacon around each onion ring. Be sure to use a small to medium-sized onion so that one piece of bacon will wrap around one ring.
  3. Place four wrapped onion rings into the bottom of the air fryer with a rack in the bottom.
  4. Bake at 375 F 13-15 mins until crispy and delicious. Repeat with the remaining onion rings.
