These garlic toasts are made using the No-Knead Dutch Oven loaf bread on this site. If you have leftover bread, turn them into garlic bread by slathering them with garlic butter and parsley! Great served with zucchini noodles!

Ingredients

  • 6 servings (2.7 oz) keto no-knead dutch oven loaf
  • 5 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon, chopped parsley
  • 6 clove garlic

Instructions

  1. In a small saute pan, add in the butter until melted over low heat. Add in minced garlic and heat until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add in the chopped parsley and a pinch of salt.
  2. Spread slices of bread into a single layer on a sheet tray.
  3. Evenly divide butter by spreading it over the slices of bread. Broil for 2-3 minutes until the toast is nice and brown. Serve hot!
