This easy dipping sauce is delicious for any shellfish or white fish! It’s also a great way to add a hefty dose of fat to any protein-based meal. Top of your meal preps or enjoy it with a snack!
Ingredients
- 4 ounce mayo
- 1 teaspoon pickle juice
- ½ teaspoon, whole pieces dill weed, fresh
- ½ ounce baby dill pickles by milwaukee's
- 1 teaspoon lemon peel or zest raw
- ¼ teaspoon garlic
- 1 teaspoon tomato ketchup
- 1 ½ teaspoon cream style horseradish by inglehoffer
- ⅛ teaspoon worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- In a small serving bowl, whisk together the mayo, 1 teaspoon of pickle juice from a pickle jar, dill, finely chopped pickle, lemon zest, and garlic.
- In a different bowl, mix together the ketchup, horseradish, and worcestershire.
- Spoon the cocktail sauce into the center of the tartar sauce. You can directly swirl the cocktail sauce into the tartar, or simply dip your items right in.
