Ants On A Log is a classic childhood snack, and it’s okay to feel like a kid every now and then! One small change to the original snack: we are ditching the raisins. Our “ants” are low-carb dried cranberries. It’s a quick and nutritious mid-day treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ ounce celery
  • 4 teaspoon peanut butter
  • ⅛ ounce reduced sugar craisin dried cranberries by ocean spray

Instructions

  1. Prepare a stalk of celery by slicing away both ends and then cutting the stalk into 4 equal pieces. The weight listed in the ingredients is the yield of celery after the ends have been removed.
  2. Spread about 1 teaspoon of peanut butter into each piece of celery. Then, arrange approx. 2 dried cranberries on each piece. Enjoy!
