For a simple snack, cook up a tray of bacon wrapped cocktail weenies! The name may be silly, but there’s nothing silly about an easy recipe that bumps up your protein for the day. This recipe is also ideal for any keto dieters heading to a group event that may not have keto-friendly snacks.

Ingredients

  • 12 sausage pork cocktail sausages by sainsbury's
  • 12 slice – 6" long bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees and line a sheet tray with parchment paper. Lay your bacon flat on a clean surface. Place a cocktail weenie on the edge of a strip of bacon, and roll it up.
  2. Repeat this process until you have 12 bacon wrapped weenies that are arranged on the sheet tray. Bake them for 35 minutes – until the bacon is cooked through and the edges are browned.
  3. Serve with toothpicks!
