This simple low carb ice cream is sweet with blueberries and maple flavored syrup.
Easy to pull together, this makes a great post dinner treat for the whole family to enjoy and is ready in no time at all.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon maple flavored syrup by lakanto
- 1 teaspoon lemon peel or zest raw
- ½ cup fage total greek yogurt, plain
- 5.2 ounce freshly frozen blueberries by asda
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a food processor.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to a shallow freezer proof dish and freeze for 30 minutes until firm yet scoop-able!
