These simple but flavorsome lettuce cups are loaded with a tuna cream cheese dip, crisp bacon, crunchy radish and salty capers.

Ingredients
- 4 medium – 3/4" to 1" diameter radish
- 4 inner (small) leaf romaine lettuce
- 2 slice – 6" long bacon
- 2 teaspoon capers
- ½ servings keto cream cheese and tuna dip
- ½ tablespoon olive oil
- â…› teaspoon salt, sea salt
Instructions
- Roughly dice the bacon. Heat the oil in a skillet over a medium heat and cook the bacon through until crisp and golden. Remove from the skillet and set to one side to cool.
- Thinly slice the radishes and add to a mixing bowl along with the cream cheese and tuna dip, salt and cooled bacon. Stir well to combine.
- Divide the tuna bacon mixture evenly between the 4 lettuce leaves and top with the baby capers to serve.
