These stuffed celery sticks are creamy with egg mayonnaise and spiced with just a hint of smoky paprika.
These make a great snack option or light lunch and are ready to go in no time at all!
Ingredients
- 2 large hard boiled egg
- 2 small – 3" long scallions
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon gourmet collection smoked paprika by mccormick
- ¼ teaspoon salt, sea salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Roughly chop the eggs and add to a mixing bowl along with the mayonnaise, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix together well to combine.
- Slice the celery sticks in half and divide the egg mayo mixture evenly between the sticks.
- Finely chop the scallions and scatter over the top to serve.
