This is a great party appetizer that is full of delicious green herbs which are tossed in olive oil and roasted along with the brie. After the cheese has been removed from the oven, be sure to allow the cheese to cool before transferring it to a plate.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce brie cheese
  • 4 gram rosemary, fresh
  • 1 gram thyme, fresh
  • â…› teaspoon coarse kosher salt by morton

Instructions

  1. Preheat an oven to 350 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Cut the top off the brie to expose the cheese.
  2. Chop the herbs and place them on the lined baking sheet. Add olive oil and a pinch of salt to the herbs. Toss it all together.
  3. Then place the brie cut side up on top of the herbs.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted on the inside. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a plate. Any of the herbs that is not underneath the cheese take and sprinkle on top of the warm brie. Serve with keto almond crackers and nuts.
