About

This is a go-to side recipe in my house! It is super simple to make and takes less than 10 minutes. Be sure to smash the garlic cloves so they don’t burn in the oven and make sure to cut the baby bok choy in half. One serving is one head of baby bok choy.

For the soy sauce, use tamari which is wheat free.
