These keto lamb chops are rich with creamy brie, crunchy walnuts and aromatic rosemary.
These are a great option served alongside a simple side salad or a portion of steamed green vegetables.
Ingredients
- 4 small lamb chops
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ cup brie cheese
- ½ tablespoon rosemary, fresh
- ¼ cup, halves walnuts
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan. Add the lamb chops, cooking until browned on each side.
- Roughly chop the walnuts and rosemary and add to a mixing bowl along with the brie and black pepper. Mix together well to combine.
- Divide the cheese mixture evenly between the chops, covering the top.
- Heat a broiler to medium/high and arrange the chops on a grill tray.
- Broil for 2-4 minutes until the cheese is golden and melted and the chops are cooked to taste.
