This chocolate cheesecake fluff is a play off the popular Keto Vanilla Cheesecake Fluff recipe. Use it as a dessert dip for fruit or enjoy a spoonful when you need to curb a sweet tooth!
Ingredients
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ tablespoon stevia in the raw, bakers bag
- 4 ounce cream cheese
- 2 teaspoon cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 1 teaspoon stevia in the raw, bakers bag
Instructions
- Start by whipping the heavy cream in a stand mixer with the vanilla and first amount of stevia until you have a stiff whipped cream. Whip it a little firmer than normal without it turning into butter. Set the whipped cream aside for later.
- Whip your mixing bowl clean and use a paddle attachment to whip the cream cheese until it is lump free, creamy, and airy. Whip the remaining ingredients into the cream cheese.
- Use a spatula to fold by hand the whipped cream back into the cream cheese mixture until both mixtures are fully combined. Enjoy your chocolate cheesecake fluff cold!
