A classic pairing with lamb, this keto friendly mint sauce is simple and refreshing.
This works perfectly with grilled lamb chops or slow roasted lamb.
Ingredients
- 6 Tablespoon boiling water
- 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 ½ tablespoon maple flavored syrup by lakanto
- 1 cup peppermint, fresh
Instructions
- Finely chop the mint leaves and add to a heatproof bowl or small pan along with the syrup and 6 tablespoons of boiling water. Stir well to combine and allow the mint to infuse in the hot water for a few minutes.
- Add the apple cider vinegar and stir well to combine.
- Set aside for at least one hour to infuse. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
