This simple skillet is great for meal prepping, an easy lunch, or weeknight dinners with little time to cook. Fatty kielbasa is paired with a classic vegetable mix that’s finished off with a touch of butter. This meal will be richer and more filling than you may think!
Ingredients
- 6 ounce kielbasa
- 8 ounce produce california style mixed vegetables by compliments
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper, ground
- ½ teaspoon garlic, powder
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- ½ tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Slice your kielbasa into thin circle slices. Arrange them in a pan over high heat. Cook both sides of the sausage until it is browned with crispy edges.
- Transfer the cooked sausage to a clean surface for later. Return the pan to a medium heat and toss in THAWED veggies with all remaining ingredients except for butter. Cook and stir until the veggies start to char.
- Turn the heat down to low and melt in the butter. Stir until all veggies are covered in the butter.
- Return the sausage to the skillet and stir all ingredients together before serving.
