About
This avocado dip is rich with sour cream, Gouda cheese, sweet red onion and juicy tomatoes.
This makes a great sharing dip with low carb crudités or keto chips.
Ingredients
- 2 each avocado
- 2 cherry cherry tomato
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon red onion
- ¼ cup, grated gouda cheese
- ¼ teaspoon salt, sea salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Add the avocado flesh to a food processor along with the sour cream, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Blend well to combine. Transfer to a mixing bowl.
- Finely dice the tomatoes and add to the mixing bowl along with the red onion and half the cheese. Stir well.
- Scatter with the remaining cheese to serve.
