These simple stuffed celery stalks are loaded with soft cream cheese and peanut butter.

These make a great snack, perfect in between meals or as a lunch box filler!

Ingredients

  • 4 large – stalk – 11" to 12" long celery stalks
  • 1 ½ tablespoon cream cheese spread
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter, unsalted

Instructions

  1. Add the cream cheese and peanut butter to a small bowl and mix until smooth and well combined.
  2. Slice each celery stalk in half. Divide the cream cheese mixture evenly between the celery stalks to serve.
