These simple yet tasty bacon wrapped chicken thighs are coated in a sweet and sticky mustard and lakanto maple syrup sauce.

Ingredients

  • 6 slice – 6" long bacon
  • 3 large chicken thigh, skin removed before cooking
  • 1 tablespoon maple flavored syrup by lakanto
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt, sea salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Taking one at a time, tightly wrap each chicken thigh with two slices of bacon.
  3. Transfer the bacon wrapped chicken to an oven proof dish and season with salt and pepper. Mix the mustard and lakanto maple flavored syrup together until well combined.
  4. Drizzle the maple-mustard mixture over the chicken, ensuring each thigh is evenly coated.
  5. Transfer to the oven to bake for 25-30 minutes or until the meat is completely cooked through and the juices run clear.
