This salad is very simple to put together and tastes amazing with grilled chicken or steak. I love the creamy horseradish dressing paired with the sharp cheddar cheese.
Ingredients
- 3 cup broccoli, raw
- 3 cup cauliflower
- 4 ounce cheddar cheese, natural
- ½ cup classic mayonnaise by sir kensingtons
- 1 ½ tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar by alessi
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon coarse kosher salt by morton
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 2 tablespoon the ultimate icing sugar replacement by swerve
Instructions
- Combine the mayo, lemon juice, vinegar, black pepper, salt, horseradish, and sweetener together in a small bowl or measuring cup.
- Chop the broccoli and cauliflower into very small florets.
- Cut the cheese into a very small dice. Combine together.
