This salad is very simple to put together and tastes amazing with grilled chicken or steak. I love the creamy horseradish dressing paired with the sharp cheddar cheese.

Ingredients

  • 3 cup broccoli, raw
  • 3 cup cauliflower
  • 4 ounce cheddar cheese, natural
  • ½ cup classic mayonnaise by sir kensingtons
  • 1 ½ tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar by alessi
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon coarse kosher salt by morton
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish
  • 2 tablespoon the ultimate icing sugar replacement by swerve

Instructions

  1. Combine the mayo, lemon juice, vinegar, black pepper, salt, horseradish, and sweetener together in a small bowl or measuring cup.
  2. Chop the broccoli and cauliflower into very small florets.
  3. Cut the cheese into a very small dice. Combine together.
