These crispy chicken wings are marinated in an aromatic curried sauce then baked until golden and caramelized.
Perfect for serving with cauliflower rice or keto slaw.
Ingredients
- 21 ounce chicken wing, skin eaten
- 2 clove garlic
- 2 teaspoon tomato puree
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon lemon peel or zest raw
- 1 teaspoon spices cumin seed or ground
- 1 teaspoon spices coriander seed or ground
- 1 slice – 1" diameter ginger root, raw
- ¼ teaspoon salt, sea salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Add the olive oil, tomato purée, dried spices, lemon zest, salt and pepper to a mixing bowl. Crush the garlic and finely grate the ginger and add to the bowl. Stir well to combine.
- Add the chicken wings to a large mixing bowl and spoon over the marinade. Use your hands to massage the marinade into the chicken so that it is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Arrange the marinated wings across a shallow oven tray.
- Transfer to the oven to bake for 25-30 minutes until crisp and golden, turning halfway through.
