This keto dip combines fatty tuna with soft cheese and aromatic scallions to create a creamy, spreadable dip.

This is a great option for dipping low carb crudités or why not try it in our tuna dip and bacon lettuce cups which can be found in the sides section.

Ingredients

  • 4 ounce canned tuna
  • 2 small – 3" long scallions
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice, fresh
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • ⅔ cup cream cheese spread
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt, sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add the cream cheese, tuna, lemon juice and salt to a food processor. Thinly slice the scallions and add to the food processor. Blend to combine.
  2. Add the butter and blend again to combine. Spoon into an airtight container and transfer to the fridge for 15 minutes to chill and firm a little before serving.
