These smokey roasted radishes are baked in a paprika and garlic oil until golden and tender.

These make for a great alternative to roasted potatoes and are perfect served with roasted chicken, avocado and a spoonful of sour cream!

Ingredients

  • 10 ½ ounce radish, raw
  • 1 ½ tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoon gourmet collection smoked paprika by mccormick
  • 1 clove garlic, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, fresh
  • ¼ teaspoon salt, sea salt
  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Add the olive oil to a small mixing bowl. Mince the garlic and add to the bowl along with the rosemary, paprika, salt and pepper. Stir well to combine.
  3. Slice the tops off the radishes and slice each radish in half. Add to a mixing bowl.
  4. Drizzle the oil mixture over the radishes and stir well, coating the vegetables in the seasonings.
  5. Arrange the radishes across a shallow oven tray and bake for 20 minutes until golden and tender.
