About
This chimichurri dip packs a bit of heat with refreshing herbs and cool sour cream. It makes a great dip for Carb Manager tortilla chips, tostadas, bacon chips, cheese crisps, etc. You can even use it as a topping condiment for tacos, enchiladas, salads, or whatever you can think of!
Ingredients
- 1 large – approx 4" – 6" long jalapeno peppers
- 1 cup, chopped cilantro
- ½ cup, chopped parsley
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
- ½ lime yields lime juice raw
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ cup sour cream
Instructions
- Start by slicing and deseeding the jalapeno, and prepare the cilantro, parsley, garlic cloves, dried oregano, and ½ a lime.
- Combine ALL the ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until smooth.
- Enjoy with your favorite dipping snack or enjoy over tacos or other dishes!
