These keto ice lollies combine sweet blueberries with soft whipped cream and cream cheese to make a decadent frozen treat.
These are a great treat for the whole family to enjoy!
Ingredients
- 3 ½ ounce cream cheese spread
- 1 ½ tablespoon maple flavored syrup by lakanto
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup whipped cream, unsweetened
- ½ cup blueberries
Instructions
- Add the cream cheese, blueberries, syrup and vanilla to a food processor. Blend together until smooth.
- Fold the blueberry mixture into the whipped cream until well combined.
- Divide the mixture evenly between four ice lolly moulds.
- Insert the lolly sticks and freeze for 3-4 hours or until set.
