These keto hard boiled eggs are pan fried in olive oil until golden then served with a sprinkle of smoky paprika.
These make a great snack between meals or can be added to a salad.
Ingredients
- 4 medium raw egg
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon gourmet collection smoked paprika by mccormick
- ¼ teaspoon salt, sea salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Add the eggs to a small saucepan. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer for 7 minutes, drain, then run immediately under cold water.
- Once the eggs are cool enough to handle, peel and slice in half lengthwise.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over a medium heat. Add the eggs, yolk side down and fry for 2-3 minutes until golden. Turn and fry the other side until golden and hot through.
- Sprinkle the yolk side with salt, pepper and paprika to serve.
