Simple and fast to put together, these make for a delicious snack straight from the fridge or freezer!

Makes 15 clusters (the nutrition calculates for 1 cluster, but you can log multiple!)

Ingredients

  • ½ cup, whole pieces – regular chocolate chips, sugar free
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 30 each raspberries

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar free chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in increments of 30 seconds, stirring each time, until the chocolate is completely melted.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and drop chocolate onto parchment paper 15 equal sized drops. Place two raspberries on top of each section of melted chocolate.
  3. Chill until firm. Keep stored in the fridge or freezer until ready to eat!
