Simple and fast to put together, these make for a delicious snack straight from the fridge or freezer!
Makes 15 clusters (the nutrition calculates for 1 cluster, but you can log multiple!)
Ingredients
- ½ cup, whole pieces – regular chocolate chips, sugar free
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- 30 each raspberries
Instructions
- Combine sugar free chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave in increments of 30 seconds, stirring each time, until the chocolate is completely melted.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and drop chocolate onto parchment paper 15 equal sized drops. Place two raspberries on top of each section of melted chocolate.
- Chill until firm. Keep stored in the fridge or freezer until ready to eat!
