Ingredients
- 5 ounce cucumber
- 2 ounce tomato
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon olive oil
- 1 ⅛ tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 ¾ ounce boston lettuce
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine diced cucumbers, chopped tomato, salt, paprika, olive oil, and vinegar.
- Arrange 6 outer leaves of boston lettuce on a plate. Use a slotted spoon to distribute the cucumber tomato salad into the leaves and enjoy!
