These keto steaks are marinated in a rich cocoa, coffee and chili rub then pan fried until juicy and tender.
These are a great option for something a bit different, served with a simple salad.
Ingredients
- 3 ounce beef steak, minute or cubed

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon coffee, prepared from grounds
- 1 teaspoon powdered erythritol
- ¼ teaspoon salt, sea salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Add the cocoa powder, coffee, chili powder, erythritol, salt and pepper to a food processor. Blend to a fine powder.
- Add the steaks to a bowl along with the blended powder and olive oil. Rub the seasonings all over the steaks so that they are well coated and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over a high heat. Once hot, add the marinated steaks and cook through to preference.
