These keto ice lollies combine rich cocoa powder with soft whipped cream, cream cheese and crunchy hazelnuts to create the perfect summer treat!
These are a quick and easy treat for the whole family to prepare and enjoy!
Ingredients
- 3 ½ ounce cream cheese spread
- 2 tablespoon maple flavored syrup by lakanto
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ tablespoon cocoa powder, unsweetened
- ½ cup whipped cream, unsweetened
- ⅓ cup, chopped hazlenuts
Instructions
- Add the cream cheese, cocoa powder, syrup and vanilla to a mixing bowl. Beat together until smooth.
- Fold the chocolate cream cheese mixture into the whipped cream until well combined.
- Add the hazelnuts, gently stirring them evenly throughout the mixture.
- Divide the ice cream mixture evenly between four ice lolly moulds.
- Insert the lolly sticks and freeze for 3-4 hours or until set.
