Ingredients

  • 2 ounce capers
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Drain the capers and blot with kitchen paper to remove any excess brine.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan over a medium/high heat and add the capers.
  3. Fry the capers for 2-3 minutes until lightly crispy all over.
  4. Once cool use as a seasoning, side or a quick snack.
