About

This simple Keto drink is a great health booster and can be incorporated into your weekly detox routine. Our simple Keto drink is prepared with apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, low-carb maple-flavored syrup, filtered water, and sliced cucumber. Once prepared, the drink is left to stand in the fridge to chill and infuse before consuming. Perfect for getting added nutrients and minerals into your diet!

Can you use a different type of sweetener?

We have used a low-carb maple-flavored syrup to sweeten our Keto detox water. Adding sweetener helps to counter the acidity of the vinegar and the sharpness of lemon. You can of course swap the sweetener for an alternative Keto-friendly option if preferred, making sure to use a liquid or powdered sweetener that will dissolve easily in the water. You can also adjust the quantities of sweetener as desired to taste. Please be sure to adjust your macros to account for any changes made to the recipe.

Why filtered water?

Using filtered water in your detox drink is a great way to ensure your drink is clean and pure. Filtering water helps to remove any chemicals, heavy metals, or pollutants and keep your water as clean and fresh as possible. You can also add ice cubes to your detox water for serving. Preparing the ice with filtered water will also give the ice a cleaner, fresher taste.

What are the benefits of drinking detox water?

Drinking the recommended amount of water is already beneficial, but you can reap more benefits when infusing it with lemons, apple cider vinegar, and cucumbers. Keto detox water has many potential advantages, including:

• It may aid in weight loss and calm cravings.

• It may help balance the body’s PH levels and remove toxins.

• It may offer better digestive health and promote good urinary tract function.
