What ingredients make up this Keto decaf butter cappuccino?

This creamy BULLETPROOF® coffee is prepared with a base of strong black decaf coffee, a little sweetener, and a hearty helping of unsalted butter. Our Keto decaf coffee is then combined with hot, frothed almond milk to serve. We have frothed our milk and blended the coffee with a handheld stick blender for ease, however, feel free to combine everything in a blender jug.

Here are some tips to make this Keto Bulletproof decaf coffee:

To make the best Keto decaf cappuccino it’s all about the milk! We have used almond milk, warmed on the stove then frothed. You may however use any other Keto-friendly plant-based milk you desire. Likewise, we have added a touch of erythritol to sweeten our BULLETPROOF® coffee. You may use an alternative sweetener if preferred, or omit it entirely. You may also swap the butter for BULLETPROOF® Brain Octane Oil (MCT Oil) or coconut oil if you wish to make the coffee dairy-free. Be sure to amend your macros for any changes.

Can you adapt this coffee recipe to a vegan diet?

Absolutely! simply swap the butter for vegan butter or coconut oil.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon 100% pure erythritol by now
  • ½ cup decaf coffee

Instructions

  1. Add your half cup of hot decaf coffee to a large mug. Add the butter and sweetener, if using, and stir to dissolve. Use a handheld stick blender or milk frother to carefully blend the coffee and fat.
  2. Add the almond milk to a small saucepan over low/medium heat. Heat through until piping hot, but don’t boil. Remove from the heat and carefully blitz with a frother or stick blender until the milk is fluffy and doubled in volume.
  3. Carefully pour the hot milk into your prepared butter coffee. The milk should sink towards the bottom whilst the froth remains on top. Serve hot.
