Bagels and Lox is a classic breakfast or lunch staple. This recipe requires at least one previously prepared bagel from the Carb Manager Keto Bagel recipe. After slicing your bagel, it takes only minutes to arrange your favorite toppings. At your discretion, you can also include classic lox toppings like fresh dill, parsley, lemon zest, or arugula.

Ingredients

  • 1 bagels low carb bagels
  • 2 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 1 ounce lox
  • ¼ ounce red onion
  • ¼ teaspoon, whole pieces capers

Instructions

  1. Slice an already prepared Carb Manager bagel, and smear about 1 TB of cream cheese on each slice.
  2. Top both bagel slices with an even amount of sliced lox, thinly sliced red onions, and a few capers.
  3. Enjoy!
