Although a typical English breakfast is accompanied by a slice of toast (or two), there’s no need to not enjoy the other flavors it has to offer.

This one pan breakfast is perfect for a lazy weekend with maximum flavor and minimal washing up!

Ingredients

  • 6 medium link – breakfast size sausage, pork, fresh
  • 6 slice – 6" long bacon, pork
  • 4 medium egg whole
  • 15 cherry tomato raw (includes cherry, grape, roma)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1.2 teaspoon black pepper, ground

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and arrange the sausages in a large deep oven tray.
  2. Transfer the sausages to the oven to cook for 15 minutes so that they start to brown a little.
  3. Remove the sausages from the oven and arrange the bacon and tomatoes roughly around the sausages. Return to the oven for a further 10 minutes.
  4. Remove the tray from the oven and create 4 spaces amongst the ingredients, cracking an egg into each. Season all with salt and pepper.
  5. Return to the oven to cook for a further 5-10 minutes until the sausages and bacon are entirely cooked through and the egg is cooked to preference.
