Although a typical English breakfast is accompanied by a slice of toast (or two), there’s no need to not enjoy the other flavors it has to offer.
This one pan breakfast is perfect for a lazy weekend with maximum flavor and minimal washing up!
Ingredients
- 6 medium link – breakfast size sausage, pork, fresh
- 6 slice – 6" long bacon, pork
- 4 medium egg whole
- 15 cherry tomato raw (includes cherry, grape, roma)
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1.2 teaspoon black pepper, ground
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and arrange the sausages in a large deep oven tray.
- Transfer the sausages to the oven to cook for 15 minutes so that they start to brown a little.
- Remove the sausages from the oven and arrange the bacon and tomatoes roughly around the sausages. Return to the oven for a further 10 minutes.
- Remove the tray from the oven and create 4 spaces amongst the ingredients, cracking an egg into each. Season all with salt and pepper.
- Return to the oven to cook for a further 5-10 minutes until the sausages and bacon are entirely cooked through and the egg is cooked to preference.
