Here is another easy breakfast recipe that will keep you full and satisfied. I love the flavor the coconut milk gives the yogurt. Greek yogurt is high in protein, but tends to be thick. The coconut milk gives the yogurt as nice texture and the macadamia nuts add a delicious crunch! Be sure to use full fat coconut milk like Aroy-D brand.

Ingredients

  • ⅓ cup (8 fl oz) greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup coconut milk by aroy-d
  • 2 tablespoon frozen raspberries
  • ⅛ cup macadamia nuts
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened toasted coconut flakes by let's do organic

Instructions

  1. Melt frozen raspberries in the microwave for 30 seconds, if desired.
  2. Stir greek yogurt and coconut milk together.
  3. Top with raspberries, macadamia nuts and unsweetened coconut flakes.
